民宿旁邊就是[彰化139縣道]與[中彰公路(74)] 交會點附近, 139迷人的綠色隧道, 可騎自行車或重機享受乘風而行的快感.
民宿是30年老屋改裝, 位在彰化市郊區, 夜晚寧靜安全, 隔壁中西式早餐店, 午晚餐店都有, 附近也有自助洗衣店, 自助洗車場, 物價低廉生活方便, 長住可付費使用廚房.

High-Speed Rail Zhongzhang 309 Homestay:
Our homestay is the 136th legally registered homestay in Changhua County, located in the eastern area of Changhua City, within a 15-minute drive of Taichung’s Wuri District and the Taichung High-Speed Rail Station. Positioned in the heart of central Taiwan, it offers convenient access to National Highway No. 3 via the Kuaguan Interchange (5 minutes to the ramp) and to the Changhua-Taichung Expressway (Exit 74A, 1 minute away). It's an ideal accommodation choice for travelers exploring attractions in Changhua, Lukang, Taichung, and Nantou on the same day.
Adjacent to the intersection of Changhua County Road 139 and the Taichung-Changhua Expressway (74), the area features a picturesque green tunnel, perfect for cycling or motorbiking while enjoying the fresh breeze.
Homestay Highlights:
A 30-year-old remodeled house located on the outskirts of Changhua City, offering a quiet and safe environment at night.
Nearby amenities include a mix of Chinese and Western-style breakfast spots, lunch and dinner options, self-service laundromats, and car wash stations. The cost of living here is affordable and convenient. For long-term stays, the kitchen can be used for an additional fee.
The host is a retired farmer with a background in financial investment and has traveled extensively around the world. Long-term and short-term stays are welcome!

The Zhongzhang 309 Homestay is easily accessible. It’s just a 15-minute drive from Taichung High-Speed Rail Station via the Taichung-Changhua Expressway (Route 74). If you're coming from the Kuaguan Interchange on National Highway No. 2, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the homestay.

Directly across from the homestay is a FamilyMart convenience store, and a 7-Eleven is just 300 meters away.
Dining options include both Western and Chinese breakfast spots, a popular vegetarian noodle shop, and the renowned Ba Fang Yun Ji dumpling chain.

Payment:We are a part-time homestay with no signboard, no invoices, and no credit card service.
We only accept bank transfers or cash payments on site.
Parking:
Located near a dusk market, with free parking for customers until midnight (overnight parking is not allowed) and free street parking is also available nearby.
